These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website drivingsalesexcellence.com (“Website”), operated by Motivacraft Inc., 3 Germay Dr, Unit 4 #1129, Wilmington, Delaware, USA (“Motivacraft”, “we”). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. What the Website is
The Website gives information about Motivacraft’s gamification platform and how organizations have used it. It is not an offer to enter into a contract. The use of the Motivacraft application is governed by the User Agreement agreed with Motivacraft, not by these Terms.
2. Case studies and results
The case studies describe results achieved by specific organizations under their own conditions. They are given for information and do not promise that any other organization will achieve the same results.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, pictures, videos, design and software of the Website, and the Motivacraft name and logo, belong to Motivacraft or its licensors and are protected by law. The logos of our customers belong to their owners and are shown with reference to our work with them. You may view the Website and share links to it; any other copying, change or reuse requires our written permission.

When you use the Website you agree not to:
- use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others,
